We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Campaigns and Movement Building Manager to help establish the Trinity Challenge as a catalyst for action in the global struggle against bacterial drug-resistant infections. This is an exciting opportunity for a campaigner to drive positive change in antimicrobial resistance, one of the biggest challenges facing humanity (but one which demands a more urgent response from public and political stakeholders).
You will have a unique opportunity to work alongside global experts in antimicrobial resistance and take ownership of movement building. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a strategy that will build a coalition of stakeholders to galvanise support on the issue, and with planning activations to tie in with next year’s UN General Assembly and other global policy milestones. You will also take the lead in building key relationships, convening a network of organisations working on communications and advocacy; creating activities that allow our stakeholders (including innovative international winners of the Trinity Challenge prizes) to increase their impact with decision-makers; and launching a youth summit on antimicrobial resistance to activate a new generation of changemakers. We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Communications and Events Manager to deliver the communications strategy which will drive positive change tackling bacterial drug-resistant infections, one of the biggest challenges facing humanity (but one which demands a more urgent response from public and political stakeholders). The communications activities will underpin the Trinity Challenge’s forthcoming work on antimicrobial resistance and establish the charity as a leading voice and collaborator on the issue, and on global health emergencies more broadly.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside global experts in antimicrobial resistance and take ownership of activities to raise awareness of the issue, and enhance engagement with partners, donors and community members. You will be tasked with content creation/commissioning and management for the Trinity Challenge’s communications channels. You will leading on communications for events and coalition building activities with the overarching aim of raising awareness and galvanising action, including launching a unique youth summit on antimicrobial resistance to activate a new generation of changemakers. You will also work with the innovative winners of the Trinity Challenge prizes to deliver a winners’ event, as well as identifying and managing PR opportunities to highlight the innovation the Trinity Challenge has fostered in national and global media and owned channels.
